Boston!!!

Back in the USA! It was nice to hear people speaking English again. We had a blast in Europe and it was a great experience, can't wait to go again! Boston looks a lot like Europe in some aspects.

The Eiffel Tower

We grabbed a bottle of wine and a baguette and headed toward the Eiffel Tower to watch the sunset.

Paris Day Three

Of all the larger cities we visited in Europe, Paris is our favorite.

Napoleon's tomb...

Paris Day Two

The weather was perfect so we walked most of the day.
Notre Dame

Paris!!!

Beautiful city with friendly people. Our first night we meet our contact person for the key, 10 minutes later we run into him at a quaint bar and spend the evening chatting with him and a few other Parisians.
Heather with Oliver and Pascal. Oliver was singing Elvis most of the night while I found a middle ground with Pascal and our like of the German band Rammstein

Last day in the French countryside

Running behind on my posts and typing this in Boston. We are having so much fun it's hard to stop and type a post.
Chartreuse! Got a tour of how they make it. Very cool!

Tasting room!

Our last night in Voiron...an amazing restaurant.

Frog legs...my first time eating them. I loved them!

Helen shared her very special and very delicious walnut wine with me on the last night. It had a taste that I can't describe, it was a special treat and a nice way to end this leg of the trip. We had a great time with family and friends!!!
